Frequently asked questions

Is the home prepared for transport?

The home is designed in line with transport requirements – control of width, weight, and assembly elements enables safe transport and quick placement on the plot.

How is transportation arranged?

Transportation is carried out at night with an escort vehicle.

How is the house heated during winter?

Mobile homes can be equipped with various heating systems depending on the owner’s needs. The standard package includes electric heaters. Optional upgrades include air conditioning with a heating function, underfloor heating, and photovoltaic (solar) panels.

Can you live in it all year round?

Yes. We also offer all-season models that are properly insulated and designed for year-round use, regardless of the weather conditions. The homes are equipped with a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedrooms, making them suitable as a permanent residence. For year-round living, we recommend enhanced thermal insulation, which can be ordered as an additional option.

Is a permit required?

In many cases, a building permit is not required. A mobile home typically only requires notification of its intended placement to the relevant local authority. However, due to differences in the interpretation of regulations and local requirements, we recommend consulting the appropriate municipal office or district authority before purchasing and installing the home.

What is the home’s insulation like?

The floor has been designed as a multi-layer system ensuring comfort of use, durability, and effective heat distribution. The structure includes thermal insulation made of mineral wool, a vapor barrier system, and a modern underfloor heating system integrated directly beneath the finishing layer. The whole system is based on a stable load-bearing structure made of OSB/MFP boards and wooden elements, which guarantees high rigidity, resistance to loads, and everyday comfort of use.

What are the operating costs?

Operating costs are comparable to those of a small apartment or an energy-efficient house. Monthly expenses depend primarily on the size of the home, the heating system, the number of occupants, and energy and water consumption. Thanks to their compact size and modern energy-efficient solutions, maintenance costs are typically lower than those of a traditional single-family home.

Why do you use steel in the structure?

The use of steel frames in a mobile structure increases the rigidity of the entire building, limits material movement during transport, and ensures long-term durability while maintaining the lightness of the wooden structure.

What financing options are available?

Several financing options are available, including cash purchase, operating lease for businesses, and private financing through financial institutions cooperating with the manufacturer.
